To register an account with 44gt99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

44gt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Where required, 44gt99 will provide notice of significant changes through the platform or via your registered contact details. Your continued use of the 44gt99 Services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically.

You may close your 44gt99 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided that no prohibited activity is associated with the account. 44gt99 also reserves the right to terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where a breach of these Terms has occurred.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
